HUMMS WEEK REFLECTION

During the first week of the second semester, a school event in which our department, CASED together with the Criminology in collaboration with the Senior High School's HUMMS department celebrated their annual HUMMS week. In this event, as a MMA officer me and my fellow officers are very much attentive and involved with the said event. I was tasked to take the attendance for each day.

The first day went well, with the guest speakers who spearheaded each topics that they tackled for each seminar. I really appreciated the first topic about Media and Information Literacy and social media effects and influences. (I even had a laugh when the male guest speaker used our prof, Miss Elvira Gonzales's fascination with the karaoke app We Sing.) And Miss Ebilane's topic was also very informative. I was very ecstatic that the seminar was a success and I thank all the efforts of everyone involved!

I also attended the second day in which we take part in keeping watch of the MMA booth in the senior high school building. Although it was a bit stagnant, I still had fun being with my close friends.

For the third day, unfortunately regretted not being able to attend. As I was bedridden because of lack of oxygen from my hyperventilation syndrome. Though I was still happy that it went well seeing my friend's updates in our group chat.

Overall, I had a lot of fun learning and experiencing a lot of things that took event in the HUMMS week! I hope my other MMA fellows enjoyed it too!
