WRITING IN NEW MEDIA: STORYBOARD AND SCRIPT
For this project, our group was tasked to create a short story. That is why we individually give respective roles for each of our member in the group. I was tasked to create illustrations for the whole story. While miss Monina Mateo will be the one in charge of coloring. Miss Chantal Diaz, was the one who came up with the script and story will be using while Mister Jalen Doctore will be handling the background illustrations and video editing for this project as well. PROJECT: RENAISSANCE PAINTING
Reference: "La velata", Oil on canvas 82 cm × 60.5 cm Raphael,1515 My version: Hello! This is my rendition of a painting of Raphael entitled La Velata (A woman with a veil). This piece took me 4 days to do since I did take some days off painting this digitally to do other school and home related activities. I did this digital painting using Paint Tool Sai 2 on my Huion Kamvas Pro 16. The technique I've used are freehand drawing ( I just measured the proportions according to my view without grids) and greyscale values method which helped me mapped out the shadows on this painting. Then I proceeded to put over some colors by playing with layer modes (Color and Overlay modes). Overall, I've learned a lot during the making of this piece. I hope everyone will like this especially I've given my best on making this piece as beautifull as possible. ^ u ^
